Mutti Pasta Sauce
  • 1 jar mutti
  • olive oil
  • finely chopped shallot
  • carrot (to temper acid)
  • basil
  1. Cook shallot in olive oil until translucent
  2. Add mutti
  3. Put in whole carrot and basil
  4. cook until thickened a bit; 15-20ish minutes
  5. add to pasta or whatever
