Ingredients:
8 oz flour
1/3 stick butter
210 celsius
Fold butter into flour until it resembles bread crumbs add 1 beaten egg add milk until you have a dough and add flour so it doesn't become too sticky, roll into a ball. Do not squash ball. Keep in fridge 1 hour. Roll it out, line pie dish
