- 9 inch Pie crusts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 2c chopped broccoli
- 1.5c shredded mozz
- 4 eggs
- 1.5c milk
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1tbsp butter melted
- Preheat oven to 350
- melt 2tbsp butter in saucepan, cook onion/garlic/broccoli
- spoon veggies into pie crust, cover with cheese
- combine eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper
- stir in 1tbsp melted butter
- pour mixture over veggies in crust
- bake 30-50 min
