- 6 Apples peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Topping - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 3/4 c oats
- 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c cold unsalted butter, diced into cubes
- pinch of kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice in a bowl, stir, then transfer to baking dish
- Mix topping ingredients, mix with pastry cutter or forks/hands until mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs
- Bake 40-50 min, until golden brown and bubbly
