Apple Crisps

Apples:

  • 6 Apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    Topping
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c oats
  • 3/4 c all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c cold unsalted butter, diced into cubes
  • pinch of kosher salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice in a bowl, stir, then transfer to baking dish
  3. Mix topping ingredients, mix with pastry cutter or forks/hands until mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs
  4. Bake 40-50 min, until golden brown and bubbly
