Candied Pecans

Oven: 300F
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c (about 1 lb bag) raw pecans
1 large egg white, lightly beaten

1/4 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix (1) in a bowl. Coat pecans with egg white in a large bowl. Pour in (1) and mix until pecans are evenly coated. Spread out on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Slide off parchment paper and leave on a counter to cool off, break pecans apart and serve.
