Jamaican Chicken with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp jamaican jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp salt (divided)
4 (6 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Cooking spray (I used canola oil)
1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 (16 oz.) jar sliced peeled mango, drained and chopped

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon of salt evenly over chicken. Coat chicken with cooking spray, cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Mix other 1/4 teaspoon salt and remaining ingredients, serve with chicken.
