4c oats to 1/2 c oil to 1/2 c honey/maple syrup

Approx:
(usually I just eyeball it or go with whatever I'm feeling, but these measurements were taken from one of those times. The only real factor is cooking time. Less/more stuff will take a different time to reach the same consistency)

  • 451g rolled oats
  • 140g cashews
  • 100g peanuts
  • 82g almond slivers
  • pinch salt
  • 50g oil (vegetable, coconut)
  • 8g vanilla
  • 214g honey
    Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix above, probably in order
  3. line baking sheet
  4. press out mixture as one large oblong pancake on sheet
  5. bake 7 min
  6. take out of oven, mix, press back down into flat sheet (make sure to press)
  7. bake 7-15 min or more, depending on desired consistency. 8-10 is usually where I'm at
